Training Leaders, Passing the Torch
We have been passed the torch by the mission's Founders, Jack and Winona Terry, to continue the vision of Evangelism and Christian Education. We are equipping Teachers and students, from Basic School through High School and College, with the ACE system and curriculum of the highest quality and Biblical standards.
Our Story
Ed and Celeste Hobelman moved to Jamaica nearly nine years ago, and have become Permanent Residents of the island nation.
They have been living, working, teaching, and coaching on the island.
We have been commissioned to work with the Body of Believers across denominational lines, to make the message of the Gospel clear and effective, as we build Christ's kingdom together.
Mission
We partner across denominational lines to teach and coach the spiritual authority in the nation, the Pastors…in the vision and implementation, (the Recipe) of Lifestyle Evangelism and Discipleship. We train Teachers and Educators in the Biblical learning system of righteous character building and individualized learning.
Vision
Our vision is to raise up godly leaders who will infiltrate into every area of business, government, and entertainment all across Jamaica - leading the nation in holiness and righteousness.
To accomplish this, we will use the concept of multiplication using the comprehensive method of :

LifeStyle Evangelism
In this training, a week is set aside to learn through teaching and role-play, and engaging the public. Those who attend learn how to engage people in order to share Jesus with them. Examples of this is found at:

We train Pastors how to truly disciple new and mature believers in the Word with a daily study that spans two years.

Christian Education
Teaching the next generation of believers is at the heart of our God Size Vision for Jamaica to become a righteous nation. Our Vision is that every community can host a Christian school through the Accelerated Christian Education --(ACE) system and curriculum. We want our children from little up, to:

Learn and memorize the Scriptures

Learn how to imitate Christ and His characteristics

Learn how to set goals and accomplish them

Goals
Infiltration
Through infiltration, train every Teacher / Supervisor, (wanting to make their country a righteous nation), in the ACE system and curriculum. (Ex: Integrate the Police force as a very positive influence. Children need heroes. Take field trips to police/ fire stations. In the upper learning level, policemen can interact 2-3 x / week, after school in a "Big Brother" capacity. If we surround them with Godly and positive influence, it will make a difference.)
Domination
Through domination, we can quickly see the number of secular based schools decline as the number of Biblically based structured learning centers increases.
Take- over
Through take- over, raising up Leaders out of our ACE student bodies, who work in every sector, as employees and business owners, changing their nation through a lifestyle of righteous integrity and work ethic, knowing Christ and making Him known.
